Regarding recent media coverage concerning alleged disputes relating to the service quality and business practices of a certain confinement centre, we have become aware that unverified online remarks have begun to circulate. Such remarks contain vague insinuations or malicious implications that unfairly point to and target “Tin Yan Maternity”

To prevent misinformation from spreading further and to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings among the public and our clients, Tin Yan Maternity (the “Company”) hereby issues the following formal statement:

1. No connection to the entities involved in the reports:
The Company has no affiliation of any kind with the matters, the complaints or the confinement centre concerned in the recent reports. The Company is not the entity referred to in those reports.

2. Operating with integrity for 20 years:
Tin Yan Maternity has been serving Hong Kong for over 20 years and has always adhered to the principles of “professionalism as the foundation” and “integrity in operations.” All our service terms, room type arrangements, billing categories, and nursing/care procedures remain highly transparent, and are strictly implemented in accordance with our contractual commitments. There is absolutely no false operation or any misleading sales representation.

3. Legal action reserved:
For any statements that are unverified, intentionally distort facts, maliciously defame or insinuate the Company’s reputation, the Company has referred the matter to its legal team for close follow-up and evidence collection. The Company reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies and will not tolerate such conduct.
